Ayman is a founding team member with experience across private equity, commercial strategy, and strategic partnerships. He previously worked in Private Equity at Mubadala Capital and Cinven, where he supported and executed multiple European transactions and played a key role in establishing Mubadala Capital’s direct investing presence in Europe. He later helped establish an Asian family office platform, focusing on cross-border deal sourcing and investor partnerships, and has prior experience in early-stage venture building.

Ayman leads the firm’s investor partnerships and commercial strategy, drawing on his background working with institutional investors, senior advisors, and technical experts. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from King’s College London and has also studied and worked in Hong Kong and Canada.
