Charles Phillips is a Senior Advisor to Indimaj specialising in clean energy, sustainability, and strategic engagement in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. He advises international clean energy and climate-focused companies on market entry, partnerships, and engagement with government entities, research institutions, and major projects in the region.

Charles holds an MPhil in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Oxford, where his research focused on Saudi Arabia’s climate change policy and economic diversification. He is an Advisor to the UN Global Compact Network Saudi Arabia and an Associate at Aeon Collective, a Saudi NGO focused on sustainable development.

Based between Oxford and Riyadh, Charles works closely with senior stakeholders across the Gulf and regularly moderates and speaks at energy and sustainability conferences in the region.
